Responsibilities
- Monitor facility premises and enforce access control during weekend night shifts
- Respond to security incidents and medical emergencies with professionalism
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of hospital grounds
- Operate security systems including CCTV and access control technology
- Document all incidents and submit detailed security reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee security guard license required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in using security technology and reporting systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening required
