Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized access and security breaches
- Operate surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities
- Enforce venue policies and handle crowd control during high-traffic weekend events
- Document incidents and prepare detailed security reports for management review
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining professional security presence
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit (if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in nightlife or event environments
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sat) overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
