Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter suspicious activity using advanced surveillance systems
- Enforce venue policies and handle crowd control during peak hours
- Respond swiftly to emergencies with de-escalation and first aid protocols
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain security logs
- Collaborate with local law enforcement during critical incidents
- Conduct regular perimeter checks and access control verification
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in high-traffic environments
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays without exception
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Proficient in radio communication and incident reporting software
