Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to patrons and business owners
- Operate communication devices and security technology efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Basic knowledge of conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Reliable transportation to assigned Baltimore locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Clear communication skills and professional demeanor
- Pass background check and drug screening
