Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through advanced surveillance systems and patrols
- Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies
- Enforce access control procedures for commercial properties
- Document incidents and maintain detailed activity reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Security Guard License (Act 235)
- Minimum 1-year security experience or military background
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
