Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and personnel to prevent theft, vandalism, and illegal activities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and respond to security incidents
- Operate surveillance systems and access control equipment
- Write detailed incident reports and document security breaches
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons and staff
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
