Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize weekend inventory flow using our proprietary WMS system
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent weekend shipments and deliveries
- Execute quality control checks on high-value weekend shipments
- Document all weekend operations in real-time digital logs
- Respond to after-hours client inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all weekend warehouse activities
- Conduct weekly cycle counts during low-traffic weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (Sat-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend operational priorities
