Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate warehouse operations during off-peak hours
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation of nightly activities
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Maintain safety compliance protocols during overnight operations
- Utilize warehouse management software for real-time tracking
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Provide immediate issue resolution for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- OSHA certification a plus
