Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Administer medications and injections under supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Handle patient triage and urgent response protocols
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in urgent care/hospital setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Flexibility with weekend scheduling (Fri/Sat/Sun availability)
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency preferred
