Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient assessments
- Administer medications and perform vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure clinic readiness
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Washington State MA certification
- Availability for every weekend night shift
