Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and safety protocols
- Process and sort inventory during peak weekend operational hours
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and inventory counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in all work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety regulations
- Assist in training new weekend shift associates as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation roles)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday night (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
