- Monitor warehouse systems and resolve logistical issues in real-time
- Train and support temporary staff during peak weekend periods
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or shift coordination
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (for occasional facility checks)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
