Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency alerts during overnight hours
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff for critical interventions
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocol
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with real-time documentation
- Safeguard facility security and manage visitor access during off-hours
- Train new staff on emergency response procedures
- Prepare shift handover reports for day teams
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license required
- 2+ years acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- EMR proficiency (Epic systems a plus)
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
