Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management and warehouse operations during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend logistics
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety precision
- Process and verify shipments using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operational activities
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound merchandise
- Document all activities in real-time using digital tracking platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (or equivalent training)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability for weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Basic math and English fluency
