We are looking for motivated team members to ensure our operations run smoothly during the critical night shift and weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound and outbound logistics operations during night shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the warehouse and dock areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and inventory management software.
