Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and inventory control procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends and night shifts.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
