Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain precise stock records for incoming shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night shift team to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and overnight shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to safety protocols.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
