As a Weekend Night Shift Associate, you will be a vital part of our logistics operations, ensuring the timely processing of inventory and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks including sorting, shelving, and inventory organization.
- Load and unload freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to accurately track stock and update inventory logs.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night hours.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus but we provide training.
- Basic computer skills for operating handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
