Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently during night operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trailers and delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Space Optimization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and free of debris to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in inventory and order processing.
