Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and document discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule, including weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
