Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a pristine and safe working environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift lead to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of orders for the upcoming morning shift.
- Complete all required safety training and documentation on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
