Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including dock areas and aisles.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks on warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
- Security Awareness: Monitor facility access points and report any irregularities during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the facility.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
