Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently during night shifts.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices for inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets.
- Perform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekends and night shifts (Sunday-Thursday or similar).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
