Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily priorities and workflow.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments accurately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and night shifts consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
