Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately and efficiently select items for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts as required.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
