Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to read and understand safety labels and work orders.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Austin facility.
