Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and accurate packing, labeling, and sorting of inventory during the night shift.
- Load and unload trucks safely and adhere to all weight limits and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure customer orders are accurate and meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays during the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible with shift changes if necessary.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
