Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain production targets and workflow efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
