Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping duties efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily operational targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and speed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday) and night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
