Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and ensure safety
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms promptly
- Screen visitors and vehicles at access points
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Operate security equipment (radios, cameras, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service to venue patrons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Tennessee security guard license
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Must be available Friday/Saturday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- Pass background check and drug screening
