Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and patrols to detect security breaches
- Enforce venue access protocols and ID verification procedures
- Respond to incidents with de-escalation techniques and first aid when needed
- Document security reports and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with venue staff and emergency services during incidents
- Conduct perimeter checks to ensure restricted areas remain secure
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Security License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Fri-Sun 6PM-6AM)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
