Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and security breaches
- Operate CCTV systems and alarm monitoring equipment
- Respond to emergency incidents following established protocols
- Document daily activities in detailed incident reports
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical situations
- Maintain communication with central dispatch team
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Security Guard License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient with basic surveillance technology
- Flexible availability Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
