Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive foot patrols and surveillance monitoring of assigned properties during weekend night shifts
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations with professional intervention
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs using digital reporting tools
- Enforce property access protocols and verify visitor credentials during overnight hours
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Conduct safety equipment inspections and ensure compliance with security protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of security or law enforcement experience
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain alert during overnight shifts
- Proficient in operating security technology systems and reporting software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night patrols
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills for de-escalation and incident reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
