Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving and shipping operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless handover of inventory and data.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software or WMS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
