Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend inbound/outbound logistics operations for high-volume distribution center
- Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation using WMS systems
- Lead weekend cross-functional team meetings for operational alignment
- Optimize weekend shipping schedules to meet SLA targets
- Implement weekend-specific safety protocols and compliance checks
- Resolve escalated logistics issues during weekend shifts
- Prepare end-of-week operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/warehouse management with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
