Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to protocols.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
