Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Handle package sorting, scanning, and quality control checks with high precision.
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing orders and manage returns processing.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Friday – Sunday) with full-time hours (40 hours per week).
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are preferred but not strictly required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
