What You Will Do:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stock efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer immediate hire training for motivated candidates.
- Reliable attendance and availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking and packing operations according to standard operating procedures.
- Load and unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
