Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is handled with care and placed in designated areas.
- Sort, organize, and prepare inventory for distribution using scanning technology and manual methods.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to minimize hazards and improve efficiency.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders before they leave the facility.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality, safety, and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory scanning.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for this role.
