Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Scan, sort, and track incoming and outgoing packages and stock items accurately.
- Data Entry: Input inventory data into the warehouse management system with high attention to detail.
- Stock Organization: Maintain organized shelves and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while operating warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must have availability during business hours on weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not strictly required).
- Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
