Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend events including conferences, weddings, and festivals
- Manage guest check-ins, registration processes, and information dissemination
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to ensure seamless operations
- Handle ticket scanning, crowd control, and venue navigation assistance
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and diplomacy
- Maintain event spaces and equipment according to safety standards
- Assist with setup/breakdown procedures as assigned by event managers
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible daytime/evening hours
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of DC metro area locations preferred

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
