Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at premium event venues
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Prepare event spaces and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Coordinate with security and event management teams
- Execute crowd control procedures during peak hours
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic POS system proficiency training provided
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and holidays
- Positive attitude with passion for Nashville's entertainment scene
