As a Weekend Hospitality Specialist, you'll be the face of our premium hospitality venues, creating memorable moments for discerning clients. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain venue standards through meticulous upkeep and presentation
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in weekend inventory and operational reviews
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (minimum 16 hours/week)
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
