Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-ins, concierge assistance, and special requests
- Manage weekend reservations and optimize room allocations for maximum occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure impeccable property standards
- Handle payment processing and financial transactions with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activities coordination
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Valid driver's license for occasional errands
