Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front-of-house operations across multiple LA locations
- Train and manage weekend staff teams (15+ associates)
- Implement service standards and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for weekend events
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvements
- Maintain inventory control for weekend operations
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in high-volume settings
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol certifications
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of LA hospitality landscape
