Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations and supervise 8-12 team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend protocols
- Implement safety compliance and sanitation procedures
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of Tampa tourism and local attractions
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
