Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with warm, personalized service
- Manage resort amenities including pool areas, activity bookings, and concierge services
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all resort facilities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with event setup and weekend special programming coordination
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn multiple resort roles
- 18+ years of age (required for alcohol service certification)
