Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and creativity
- Monitor and optimize occupancy rates and revenue performance
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain brand standards across all departments
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality management with weekend availability
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume service environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
