- Manage venue operations during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts

- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Nashville local preferred
