Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and entertainment venues
- Manage high-volume check-in/check-out processes efficiently during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and proactive maintenance coordination
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately using POS systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude with passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid NV Food Handler/ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
